At IBHM, we have developed the Smart Cooling Kit X3, a cooling system designed to keep industrial monitors within optimal operating temperature ranges, even in demanding environments.
The kit consists of two cooling systems that work in a complementary way:
The first cools the rear of the monitor—specifically the backlight and the LED driver—where most heat is generated.
The second manages airflow in the front area: one system draws in cool air from outside through the bottom of the monitor, while another expels hot air through the top, creating a continuous flow that keeps the entire front area cooled.
This combination minimizes the impact of rising temperatures and prevents the established operating temperature limits from being exceeded, extending the monitor’s service life and ensuring continuous, reliable operation.
